Now Hiring - Manufacturing Sales Solutions Specialist in Buffalo, NY

Buffalo Games is seeking an energized Sales Solutions Specialist to join our team to assist in day-to-day sales planning efforts including set up and management of our portfolio of products with the Target Corporation.

JOB PURPOSE:

The primary function of the Sales Solutions Specialist is to support all aspects of sales planning, Target Owned Brand initiatives and item setup/maintenance for our Buffalo Games portfolio of products. The position will work closely with key Sales and Operations leads across the Buffalo Team.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Support setup and maintenance of 250+ skus for our Target account, including content, images, inventory sourcing status, promotional tracking, and advertising.

· Maintain the Visual Line Plan to help track item level data and listing details for each SKU.

· Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization across internal and external platforms.

· Provide licensors, including Marvel and Disney, with UPC Reports on monthly basis.

· Manage factory set-up in Target’s systems and the process to tie existing items to the correct factory locations.

· Manage and process sample requests for promotional SKUs as required.

· Tracking down assets internally to complete the digital footprint of our items launching online throughout the season.

· Work closely across Buffalo Games teams – including design, licensing and operations to ensure accurate internal product setup for all new products.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.

· Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a sales/retail professional – consumer goods preferred; ecommerce experience a plus.

· Ideally this candidate has experience with Target’s Vendor System, POL.

· Competence in the oversight and management of multiple projects and tasks.

· A passion and ability to analyze large data sets, develop solution based reporting and present insights.

· Strong knowledge and experience with MS Office suite of products, emphasis on Excel & PowerPoint.

· Concise and effective interpersonal skills including ability to interface directly with the customer.

· Ability to problem solve and multi-task while working under tight deadlines.

· Must be highly organized, detail orientated and resourceful.

· Ability to work individually as well as part of a team.

· A passion for the games, puzzles, and sporting goods categories.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
